How can we get you to perform for our group?
We’d love to perform for your group!

1. E-mail or contact me by phone or US mail, and make us aware of your interest.  We will help you find a date that works best for you, and fits within our schedule.
2. Mention your budget and we will also work out all the financial details.
3. Complete our Booking questionnaire to clarify the special theme that you would like us to complement.  One of the best things about what we do is the flexibility the illusions afford us to customize our program to perfectly meet your needs!  Return or Submit it within 5 days with a 50% retainer to reserve your date by check or credit card.

How much do you charge?
Each program requires different aspects, all of which have an impact on the bottom line for us, which translates to the bottom line for you. See Pricing

Presentation fees are based on several factors:
the location of the event,
the number of programs,
the size of the group and
the length of the presenter’s stay at the event location.

Please call for a specific estimate.
In general, multiple programs, shared by several groups will get you the best rates.

We offer competitive rates for all types of organizations, from school assemblies to corporate venues.  We work for our clients year after year, and develop solid friendships with the people with whom we work.

How far are you willing to travel?
The distance is determined by the fiscal commitment of the event coordinators.

What is your favorite illusion?
That’s a tough question.  I like them all.  That’s like saying which of your children do you like the best.  They are all my babies.

What is the maximum number of programs per day?
Depends on the contract.

What is the Length of a typical program?
A typical program is between 20-60 minutes long.  We are flexible with this time frame, and will do our best to fit into your event or function.

What types of groups are the programs suitable for?
We have programs suitable for all ages.

If we have you perform more than once a day, how much time will you need between each program?
If the programs are in the same location, our we need at least 1 hour for resetting the stage between each program. If the equipment needs to be relocated, the presenter will need at least a minimum of  5 hours in order to breakdown and set-up for the next program – this does not include the travel time between each location.

What equipment will you need on the day?
You will receive all the necessary information when we mail you the invoice packet.  Otherwise, please call the office with specific questions.

How long is needed for set-up?

Birthday Party / Small Show:
Typically, we require 1 to 2 hours for main set-up.
We ask that the set-up session be conducted privately with our crew only.
Evening Show / Illusion Show:
Typically, we require 2 to 8 hours for main set-up.
We ask that the set-up session be conducted privately with our crew only.

* MUST READ – EXAMPLE: If you want us to perform on a Friday May 1st at 12 midnight then you will need to specify that our set up time is on May 1st at 11:pm and our performance is at 11:59 PM for May 1st. Our performance would go from Friday May 1st into Saturday morning May 2nd.

Double check the dates you have listed on the contract and make sure they are correct.

Your dates are NOT guaranteed until we receive the contract and the retainer fee within five business days from the original phone conversation. Mail priority mail with signature required. If your payment does not clear, then the contract will be voided and your dates will no longer be honored.

(3) You will receive a confirmation phone call from us confirming that we have received your contract with retainer fee and that the dates are now secured.

It is best to send this contract same day as your phone call for your booking. If we have not received the contract with retainer fee for more than 5 business days from the original phone call that you booked, then the dates you requested may soon be filled with another contract and your contract with retainer fee will be returned.
